Good final race

On the last day in the this years Sylt event the conditions were tough. Onshore wind and waves from many different directions. I could place myself on the sixth position while the first heat, sailing on teh Isonic 101 tuned with a 38 MFC Slalom and my brandnew Code Red R2 7,7, which was my best result out of all six races. So I jumped from the 32nd to the 28th position and could get some nice points for the 2007 overall ranking. I ended up on the 26th position, but felt better and better and till the end of the season. With a new jibing technique, new sail setup, faster fins and for sure better skills I look forward quite positive to the 2008 season. I do not know exactly where the first PWA Slalom 42 event will take place, but for sure we will see a solid tour in 2008. I want to say thank you to all people who supported me so great and made an increase in my skills and the participation in all PWA Slalom 42 events possible.
