Some wind in Westerland, but not enough

While the morning it looked like the wind would become strong enough. But we only got 5 – 9 knots in some gusts around 11 knots. Totally onshore with some beachbreak. Surfers went out and Kiri proved his lightwind qualities in landing some esliders, funnels and flakas. 88 liter board and 4.7 m sail. The acceleration the Bonaire local did not get by the wind, like usual – he got it by the waves. Tonky and Kai Lenny followed him on the water. The forecast for tomorrow is good. Skippersmeeting for Freestyle will be around 8.00 and for Slalom 42 at 9.00.
