Fun Cup ended in real fun

On the 2nd day of the competition the wind did not kick in. Just 8-12 knots. Not enough for me. I tried one race on a Go 185 and could qualify for the final. In the final I took a Go 139 and was not planing all the time. Had no chance against the small lightweighted sailors, who were on 7m sails. My sail was 7,6, but could finish in 4th. Was a good training to see how hard it is to win a race in too light wind and on not too fast boards.
After the race the real Fun Cup started with a nice dinner and a wild party. That was fun and helped to forget the bad sailing conditions we had during the race.
Check out the pics shot in the morning after the party with the new cell phone of Kerstin.
