windy, but not strong or long enough

It was the fourth day here in Jinha Beach, a village of love for locals and one week a year since 2007 the location for a PWA Slalom 42 event. Yesterday a thunderstorm brought some wind and killed the wind. No races, but two attempts. I was in a heat. It was so scary. A lightning came down and brought light in the dark scenery.

Today the weather was fine, the sea calm, a lot of seaweed was drifting cross the heatarea and enough wind blew at the starting line. I missed my start by far in heat 2. Williams was flying, as well Dos Reis. But the heat got cancelled. God thanks!!
