Work on my jibes

It was really windy again at Lake Neusiedler. I feel like living in Pozo in the moment. More than 20 knots were blowing all the day, in gusts up to 40ty knots. Today I decided to rigg my Code Red R2 5,6 and fixed a 32 MFC in my Isonic 87. It was the perfect gear for the stormy conditions. Sometimes I felt like the wind tried to blow myself away, but felt quite exciting. When I finished my two hour session, I did not find anybody at the beachpark, who could have helped me to open my wetsuit. I decided to drive back home dressed in my wetsuit. My girlfriend Kerstin helped me to get out of the second skin. She isn´t just the lady, who helps me out of my wetsuits. She is also the person, who realised big technical faults in my slalom jibes while the PWA races in Alacati. She advised me to take the boom from below when shifting the sail. I work on the new technique since end of August 07 and felt already quite comfortable in using this grip technique in my last competition in Croatia. Today it felt like i did it for years already.
Below I posted a jibe from Sylt 2007.
